Pool builder in Sanford, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1457247 +1
Luxury custom gunite pools and spas have been the focus here since 1997, from a Sanford headquarters and showroom. Projects start in an in-house design studio that produces 3D renderings and VR walkthroughs, with a fixed construction price set before excavation. The builder works for homeowners, custom home builders and commercial clients such as hotels and amenity centers, and offers full rip-and-replace of existing pools but not resurfacing or repair. Spillover spas, fountains, fire features, outdoor kitchens and decks are designed as part of the whole property. A sister care team provides weekly pool maintenance. It is a licensed and insured contractor serving Florida.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2006-06-14. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
