Pool builder in Sanford, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1457433 +1
Custom gunite pools and spas designed around each yard are the specialty of this Sanford builder serving the Orlando area. Spas come with hydrotherapy jets, and pool options include waterfalls, laminar jets, deck jets, bubblers and water bowls, plus fire bowls and fire pits. Deck choices run to pavers, concrete and travertine. Equipment includes Jandy salt chlorinators and app-controlled automation for lighting, pump speed and heating. A configurator lets homeowners pick shape, features, deck material and chlorination before starting, and the team guides the process from concept through final inspection.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2007-03-27. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years.
