Pool builder in Ormond Beach, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1461264 +1
A licensed residential pool contractor working in Central Florida, with a showroom in the Ormond Beach area. Homeowners work one-on-one with designers who present pools and spas on a 3D model. Construction follows a clear sequence: permits and HOA coordination, excavation, steel, gunite application, plumbing, tile, coping and equipment installation, then a pool school handover. Timelines typically run eight to ten weeks from excavation. Add-ons include summer kitchens, fireplaces, waterfalls, fire bowls, retractable screens, awnings and brick columns. Every new pool is covered by a stated warranty program.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2025-10-24. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
