State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1457246 +2
A locally owned, family-run pool builder serving East Central Florida since 2005, now also working in St. Augustine. The company designs and builds gunite pools, has added fiberglass installations, and runs a remodel program for older pools. Its menu includes custom water and fire features, summer kitchens, screen enclosures and pool decks in concrete, pavers or travertine, and it is a certified PebbleTec builder and Marquis Spa dealer. The construction guide lays out twelve steps and mentions help with HOA paperwork and permits. Repairs, weekly maintenance and a financing page round out the offering, and both commercial and residential pools are mentioned.

Certified Building Contractor; Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2006-06-14. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
