Pool builder in Jacksonville, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1460880
An owner-led Duval County builder that works exclusively in concrete, with the owner personally overseeing each build from consultation to first swim. Custom shotcrete pools come with integrated or standalone spas, sheer descents, scuppers, fountains, fire bowls and firepits, tanning ledges, and travertine or paver decking, plus outdoor kitchen integration. Each design starts with a 3D rendering and spec sheet, and the team handles engineering and permitting with local municipalities. Builds include a warranty covering structural workmanship and equipment, and financing is available. Beyond construction, the company offers weekly cleaning and chemical service and equipment repair for pumps, filters, heaters and automation. The contractor license number is displayed on the site.
