Pool builder in Jacksonville, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1460776 +2
Founded in 1983, Coastal Luxury Outdoors builds custom concrete pools in Jacksonville and surrounding communities, and keeps working with owners afterward through maintenance, repairs, and remodels. Each new pool starts with a 3D design consultation and moves through excavation, steel, gunite shell, tile, plumbing, decking, and electrical. The company also installs summer kitchens, fire pits, waterfalls, pergolas, pavers, and driveways, and it runs a dedicated cleaning department and pool route. Commercial work covers hotels, resorts, and HOAs, including remodels of pools and spas. Equipment services include heater installation, lighting, leak detection, and inspections, and financing options are available.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2013-02-19. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
