A family-owned builder working both sides of the pool divide, this Lake City company installs fiberglass shells as a San Juan dealer and also builds concrete and gunite pools and spas. It is a Dream Maker Spa dealer as well. Work covers Jacksonville, Lake City, Gainesville and Tallahassee in Florida plus the Valdosta, Georgia region. Beyond new construction it offers resurfacing with polished coatings, remodeling, maintenance and repairs, and handles both residential and commercial projects. Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2017-10-10. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
