Two owners with more than twenty years in pool building run this North Central Florida custom pool company out of Lake City. Projects start with an on-site visit and a 3D model of the proposed backyard.

This guide lists 3 swimming pool contractors based in Lake City, drawn from public business records in November 2026. 2 hold an active Florida pool/spa contractor license (CPC or RP) in the Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s license file; the license number is on each matched profile.
Florida licenses pool contractors at the state level: building or remodeling a pool requires a Certified Pool/Spa Contractor (CPC) or Registered Pool/Spa Contractor (RP) license from the DBPR, and pool servicing is a limited scope (subcode C) on the same CPC or RP license. 2 of the 3 builders listed in Lake City matched an active CPC or RP license when we checked the state file; the rest may be licensed under another name, or may be service companies. Confirm the number at myfloridalicense.com and ask for a certificate of insurance before you sign.
2 of the 3 Lake City builders describe pool remodeling or resurfacing on their own websites, and 3 describe spa or spool construction. 2 mention fiberglass pools; 2 mention gunite or shotcrete construction. Each profile lists exactly which services the builder’s site confirms.
1 of the builders listed here mention financing options on their websites and 2 describe a written warranty. We record only what the builder states; terms, lenders and coverage vary, so ask for the warranty document and the financing partner’s disclosures before you commit.
2 of the 3 builders here describe outdoor living work such as screen enclosures, lanais, paver decks, outdoor kitchens or landscaping alongside the pool. 2 offer 3D design renderings. Bundling the enclosure with the pool can simplify permits and scheduling, but ask whether the builder self-performs that work or subcontracts it, and who holds the aluminum or specialty structure license for the enclosure.
