Pool builder in Pensacola, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1458821
Southern Poolscapes focuses on luxury pool building along the Gulf Coast, offering both custom gunite and fiberglass shells. Every project begins with a 3D pool design rendering, and permitting is handled in-house. A typical custom gunite build moves through defined stages: excavation and steel, then shotcrete, tile, coping, decking and plaster. The company also renovates older pools through resurfacing and equipment upgrades. Available features include waterfalls, slides, spa areas, lighting, automation, and outdoor kitchen or fire pit integration. Financing is available through a lender partner. Contractor license numbers are published for the Florida and Alabama offices, and the service area spans the Florida Panhandle, Alabama and neighboring counties.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2016-02-03. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years.
