Pool builder in Clermont, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1459283
A homeowner-turned-builder story sits behind Southern Paradise Pools and Spas in Clermont. Owner Marcus Fuggi got his contractor's license, built his own family's pool, and now builds custom pools throughout Central Florida. The company handles new pool construction and remodeling, with every pool designed individually for the homeowner rather than sold from a fixed menu. It offers free in-home estimates and uses a 3D pool design program to show how a pool will look in the actual backyard. Financing is available through two pool lenders, Lyon Financial and HFS Financial. The company builds neither fiberglass nor vinyl pools, and says its smaller size often lets it finish projects faster than larger firms.
Each fact below was checked against the company's site in October 2026. "Yes" means the site describes it; "No" means the site rules it out; "Not confirmed" means the site did not say.
