Pool builder in Fort Myers, Florida
License not verified
A documented, step-by-step build process is the selling point for this family-owned builder, which works from three Florida offices on both coasts. New custom pools and remodels begin with in-house designers who produce 3D models, then move through soil testing, in-house permitting, an eleven-step construction sequence and chemical start-up. Customers choose among three pool collections defined by concrete thickness, reinforcing steel and finish. Equipment packages cover automation, heating and cooling, saltwater sanitation and automated chemistry control. Backyard projects can add pool decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and fire pits. The company describes itself as licensed and insured, a PebbleTec Elite Builder, and offers written warranty coverage on new pools along with financing inquiries.
