Pool builder in Lutz, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1461120
Fully custom concrete pools with no templates are the focus here, built across Tampa Bay and into the Orlando area since 2004. Pool Perfection walks homeowners through a free 3D design and itemized estimate, then handles permits, shotcrete shell work, tile and coping, decking, equipment and startup, often finishing in six to eight weeks. Services include new installation, renovation, small and plunge pools and spa additions. Features such as tanning ledges, water features, fire elements, variable-speed pumps, saltwater systems, LED lighting and app-based controls are offered. Financing and a warranty portal are available, and a Florida contractor license number is shown on the site.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2025-07-21. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
