Pool builder in St. Petersburg, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1460330
Custom concrete pools built to suit Florida's coastal water tables are the focus of this family-owned St. Petersburg company, which cites four decades of building. The process begins with 3D architectural design based on a property survey, moves through permitting and engineering, then a heavy build with double-grid steel framing. Work includes spas and spillover spas, triple-spillway waterfalls, tiled feature walls with fire bowls, swim-up bars and structural travertine decks. Renovations cover pipe replacement, leak detection, spa additions, deck expansion and pebble plaster resurfacing. Jandy equipment is installed, and financing is arranged through construction lenders.
