Pool builder in Orlando, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1456616
Pool excavation is the whole focus here: layout, dig and steel work for residential and commercial pools in Central Florida, a trade the family-run company has practiced since 1988. Joe and Pam McGrady work closely with local pool builders, and the site describes their involvement in a very large number of pool projects over the years. Beyond digging new shells, they handle full pool demolitions, which remove the shell and deck, haul away debris and regrade the yard. They also do pool fill-ins, where the bottom is broken, the shell is backfilled and compacted, and the sides and deck stay in place. The business presents itself as a small, hardworking family operation that respects customers' property.
Each fact below was checked against the company's site in October 2026. "Yes" means the site describes it; "No" means the site rules it out; "Not confirmed" means the site did not say.
| License | Class | Status |
|---|---|---|
| CPC1456616 | CPC · Certified Pool/Spa Contractor | Active |
Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2003-05-27. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
