Pool builder in Boca Raton, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1460900 +1
Epic Watershapes builds gunite pools under its own contractor license, keeping engineering, permitting, shell, finish and warranty under one contract instead of passing the shell to a subcontractor. Work spans Palm Beach and Broward counties, from new custom pools with spas, sun shelves, water features and travertine decks to remodeling and resurfacing with PebbleTec and quartz finishes. Each project starts with a site visit and a 3D design delivered within days. A separate commercial department serves condominium and homeowner associations, clubs and hotels, including ongoing maintenance contracts. Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, heaters, automation, equipment repair and financing options round out the offering.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2025-02-07. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
