Pool builder in Miami, Florida · branch
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1458041
Every project here is a new, fully custom build handled by an in-house crew from permitting through final inspection. The builder holds a Florida certified pool and spa contractor license and says it has built in Miami-Dade for more than twenty years. Construction follows a staged process with rebar, forms and high-pressure shotcrete shells, and designers produce 3D renderings so layouts and finishes are approved before ground is broken. Decks are poured as part of the pool using travertine, porcelain pavers or stamped concrete. Upgrades include rock waterfalls, tiki huts and outdoor kitchens, plus pumps, heaters, saltwater chlorination and phone-controlled automation. Financing is arranged through three lending partners, and the company manages permits and county approvals.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2010-07-21. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years.
