Pool builder in Summerland Key, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC056854 +1
Concrete and gunite construction is the specialty of this Summerland Key builder, which also installs fiberglass pools. It handles residential and commercial pool construction, from small backyard pools to resort-style poolscapes. Gunite pools can take any shape, including a built-in spa, and clients get help choosing finishes, tile, coping, ledges and built-in seating. The process starts with a detailed consultation. The company says it is fully licensed and insured, and a financing page outlines ways to pay for a project, such as home equity options.
Each fact below was checked against the company's site in October 2026. "Yes" means the site describes it; "No" means the site rules it out; "Not confirmed" means the site did not say.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 1996-04-11. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
