Pool builder in Lakeland, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC057317 +2
Founded in 1984 by Tim Allore, this Lakeland builder specializes in custom concrete pools, including in-ground gunite and saltwater designs in freeform and geometric shapes. Services extend to custom rock waterfalls, sheer descents and grottos, hot tub and spa installation, screen enclosures and pool deck design and construction. Renovation work covers resurfacing, retiling, replastering, deck renovation and equipment upgrades. LED lighting, saltwater systems and safety devices are also installed. A typical gunite project runs roughly eight to fourteen weeks from groundbreaking, and budget and payment options are discussed during a free on-site consultation. Service covers Lakeland and surrounding Polk County communities.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor; Registered Specialty Contractor. First licensed 1998-06-09. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years.
