State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1456505 +1
Residential and commercial pool construction across Florida is the core of this Fort Myers builder, which keeps a showroom and gallery at its Metro Parkway location. Artesian Pool Construction offers custom designs and renovations, with spas and radius-shaped pools built using rigid PVC plumbing. Interior finishes include Pebble Tec and plaster, and decking options span standard pavers and travertine. Outdoor kitchens, showers, fire pits, tiki huts and pergolas can be added without outside contractors. Pentair equipment covers pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation and lighting. Financing is offered through a lending partner, and past customers describe a warranty period and responsive follow-up after completion.

Certified General Contractor; Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2002-09-25. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
