Pool builder in Fort Myers, Florida
State-licensed · DBPR #CPC1458971
A one-stop pool and spa shop in Southwest Florida, serving Lee and Collier Counties since 2001. The company was founded by Andy Miklic, who started refurbishing a pool as a child, and it still works largely by referral. Services run from weekly cleaning and maintenance through repair and leak detection to new construction and renovation of residential and commercial pools. Custom pools, spas and fountains are part of the build menu, along with paver decks, heaters, automation, lighting, pumps and resurfacing, tile and crack work. A designer is available to help homeowners plan updates. The shop is an authorized retailer for many major equipment brands and states its Florida contractor license number on the site. Offices are on Rockefeller Circle in Fort Myers.

Certified Pool/Spa Contractor. First licensed 2017-03-22. No Construction Industry Licensing Board discipline on file in the last five fiscal years. A CPC or RP license is what Florida requires to build or remodel a pool; servicing is a limited scope on the same license, and SCC/RX specialty registrations cannot take a pool build directly.
